Cancellation Policy:
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email address with proper subject before the items get shipped.

Refund/Return Policy:
  • A return or refund will only be taken into consideration if the product is damaged, which includes manufacturing flaws, missing products, etc. when the order is received. If contacted after 10 days of delivery date, the return/exchange request will be invalid.
  • The request is invalid if the product is either used or washed.
  • Please be aware that products that were purchased in error or that had size problems are not eligible for returns or refunds. Before placing your order, please double-check the age group for each item.
  • We may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.
